People look at me strange at my local grocers when I rock up t the checkout and ive grabbed basically ALL of the bags of marked down "old" bananas to buy- usually a steal at a few dollars a bag! But little do they know that these guys chopped up, frozen, and blitzed with your favorite flavors create the most blissful and delicious ice cream! 2 bananas, chopped and frozen
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 scoop Prana On Coconut milk protein powder
½ cup nut milk
Granola, edible flowers & fresh blueberries to serve
Pre chill your serving bowls in the freezer for 10 mins.
Place all ingredients except for garnish in a food processor on high for 4mins until smooth and creamy, stopping once or twice to scrape down sides.
Spoon into chilled bowls and serve with your favorite toppings, take an epic pic, post to Instagram and devourJ
