Welcome back to my blog and a fresh new year ready to smash some goals and make some stunning and delicious food! I have a TONNE of projects already underway for 2018 and I cannot wait to share them all with you, and of course throw as many free recipes your way as I can over the course!
I thought I would start of 2018 by posting up a free recipe I have created for the wonderful team at

This recipe is an absolute BBQ legend , so zesty, bright and full of depth and flavor. Oh and that color.. need I go on! So please... give it a go and let me know your thoughts!!!!

True Protein Cheats Satay sauce
Prep time: 10 mins
I love the creamy, nutty, spicy goodness of satay and this cheats version is quick, healthy and versatile. Use it as a marinade, a sauce, or a base for a creamy curry and enjoy the bright flavors of Asia!
2 scoops True Protein powdered peanut butter
2 tbs Siriacha hot sauce
2 cloves garlic finely grated
2 lime leaves, finely sliced
1 tsp True Protein ground turmeric
juice of 1 lime
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp water
In a bowl add True protein powdered peanut butter, hot sauce, garlic, garlic, lime leaf turmeric, lime juice, fish sauce, water and mix well until you get s smooth sauce, add more water if too thick.
Spoon over chicken and marinate to make skewers with a fresh and crunchy cucumber salsa, or marinade anything you like!
Ideal served as a quick sauce on the side to grilled meats, fish, tofu, vegetables, rice paper rolls use your imagination!
